The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the train and metro station. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were top-notch. The breakfast selection was impressive and there was something for everyone. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, providing excellent service.
The noise in the hotel room, especially at night. We were woken up several times by loud banging sounds from the floor above us.
